What is included in the base tier price?
Every plan includes the core WMS: items master, locations, on-hand stock, receiving, shipping, documents, audit trail, CSV export, and barcode-ready workflows. You start shipping day one — no modules required.
How do modules work?
Modules are add-ons you switch on when you need them. Each has a flat monthly price on top of your tier. You can turn a module on or off any month — you only pay for what is active.
Is there a per-user or per-order fee?
No per-order fees — ever. Extra users beyond your plan's included seats are billed at a flat add-on rate. There are no per-transaction or per-client fees.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a discount — reach out for a quote.
Does Stowflow support 3PL operations?
Yes. Add the Multi-Warehouse module ($49/mo) and the 3PL Client Billing module ($79/mo) to any tier. The Pro tier ($399/mo) is designed for multi-client operations with unlimited warehouses and a phone SLA.
